5S

5S SISTEM is a workplace organization method applied to improve the labour efficiency and product quality, as well as to make the labour conditions safer. The system is based on simple principles of order, neatness, and strong discipline. All company team members are involved into this programme accomplishment.

Currently, the 5S programme includes all DMZ production and auxiliary shops and areas.
