Demikhovo Engineering Works puts into effect the lean production instruments since 2010. During this time we have overcome many difficulties and got an experience, which we are getting ready to share.
The specialists fr om other companies, wh ere the production system is also to be implemented, visit DMZ quite often in order to see our achievements and apply the best practeces at their plants. We willingly share our experience with the colleagues and at the time we take advantage of getting a new point of view on some problematic matters to find fresh decisions. Moreover, we appreciate oppurtunities to visit other plants and companies, which work in various industrial sectors and implement the lean production instruments with the purpose of the production system development.
